Sally Muir, Director of Manushi, is an experienced trainer and facilitator, who has been working in the fields of leadership, parent coaching, behaviours and communication for over seventeen years, both in the UK and the USA.  She is a Registered General Nurse, and qualified Systemic Counsellor (Institute of Family Therapy UK).

 

Sally has a Diploma in Creative Writing and her work includes lively, informative, thought-provoking articles on parenting, diversity, and whole life balance issues, published in magazines and newsletters.

Sally was a key contributor in building the BP Parental Advisory & Networking Service, which won the Opportunity 2000 Employer of the Year Award on behalf of BP.

 

She has featured three times on Radio 4: ‘Education Matters’ with Phillipa Dolly; ‘All in the Mind’ with Professor Anthony Clare; and Woman's Hour, and is often asked to speak at conferences.

 

Her clients include BP, BBC, BMW, BA, ISI, EHHA, Hewlett Packard, Ford, PARENTS AT WORK, Nestlé, various PCT, ACT and NHS trusts, '4Children' and The Department of Constitutional Affairs.
