Find a Work / Life Balance that supports you! Many of us find it hard to admit our lives are out of balance, and we are “just getting through it’ instead of embracing life and enjoying ourselves? Usually something is taking precedence between work, home and personal life. Although priorities ebb and flow, it is easy to get stuck in a rut where one area of our life has taken over and the others are suffering. A Whole Life Balance workshop looks to empower individuals and organisations, by addressing work/life imbalance and reducing stress. It uses a creative visual exercise that highlights where our time goes, and gives us information so we are in a better position to readjust the balance. It also helps both individuals and organisations to recognise the physiological impact of stress, and underlying ways we can block the implementation of behaviours that could help us to make better choices about work/life balance.
